The following Terms and Conditions relate to Repronauts public 3D scanning and printing services.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
Payment is geberally due in full prior to 3D scanning.
Whilst Repronauts make every effort to deliver the highest quality 3D scans for our customers, occasionally, due to a subjects clothing,
persistent movement during scanning or other factors, a scan may be deemed non-viable by our technician, and a scan session aborted.
Where this is the case, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
On rare occasion, issues affecting the quality of a scan may go undetected during scanning and only become evident during post-processing of the scan.
Where such issues would then render the scan un-processable, or would result in processing quality below that which Repronauts would deem acceptable,
re-scan and full refund options will be provided to the customer.
By undertaking to be 3D scanned, the customer confirms that he or she has the right to commission the reproduction of their likeness and any accompanying clothes and accessories.
Repronauts reserve the right to securely maintain the likeness in all formats including 2D, 3D, digital, and physical, and may, from time to time, use those assets for marketing or other purposes.
For scan and print services, the customer will be given the opportunity to view the digital model for approval before printing.
Where the customer does not then wish to proceed with the print for any reason, a refund of 75% of the print cost will be given.
A customer approval time of 2 working days is assumed for all quoted print lead-times. Where the customer approval is not received within this time,
the print lead time will extend accordingly.
Printed models will typically be dispatched Royal Mail first class.
Where delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, the customer will be charged for both the cost of delivery and return to us.
Where a delivery s signed for, the signature is taken as confirmation that the goods have been received as stated on the delivery note.
Please contact us immediately, and certainly notify us within 24 hours of receipt if your models or their packaging appear damaged.
